FLYworks, LLC

The free FLY KiDS program in Tyler, Texas operates under a community service oriented business named FLYworks, LLC. The only function of FLYworks, LLC is to support the FLY KiDS activity. FLY KiDS director Kathy Wood and business manager MikeWood are the two governing members of the company but are prohibited by the LLC's Operating Agreement from taking salaries.

Any after-tax profits from income earned by FLYworks, LLC or funds from sponsors or donors to support the FLY KiDS program are applied to expenses such as costumes, music, sound equipment, meals, summer camps, workshops, and competitions.

FLYworks, LLC is not a tax-exempt organization. Please note that donations, sponsorship funds, free services, or equipment given to the FLY KiDS program will not be tax deductible. However, your role in helping provide this service to the Tyler community will be greatly appreciated by the kids, parents, and Kathy and Mike Wood.
