I wanted to again thank you for the fantastic performance by FlyKids at our Saturday evening Tap Celebration performance. The audience loved them and they were thoroughly entertaining and impressed me both with their abilities and training but also their obvious enjoyment in performing. You clearly have a great bunch of kids and are doing a superb job with them. As I said, if we are renewed for another year next season, we would certainly like to extend you and FlyKids an invitation to return and entertain our audience again at the Tap Celebration performances.

 Fly Kids brought such joy and energy to Tap-a-Lot. They have learned to think on their feet and project their enthusiasm to the audience. As Master of Ceremonies Michael Serrecchia said to the audience at the end of the Fly Kids performance, "Are you finding your favorite rising star? Remember you saw them here first!"

Tap-a-Lot Coordinator		 Dear Kathy,
We are thrilled that the Fly Kids could join the DCNT Tap Celebration at the DSM outdoor stage this year! This year's "show-before -the -show" at Fair Park presented dance studios from all over Texas which included performers of all ages and with diverse backgrounds that included at risk kids. This assisted the Dance Council in securing a grant from Texas Commission for the Arts to extend this annual performance celebration to all individuals. The Fly Kids received nothing but praise from everyone there. Each dancer was powerfully energized and engaging. The talent of this group of dancers was mesmerizing. They are truly emerging star performers. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for joining us! We hope you will join us again soon.

Tap-a-Lot Performance Ends: 7:45PM
Description: One performance of "Cool Pops " as guest performers on outdoor stage
in front of the Music Hall at Fair Park
just prior to the 8:00PM performance of Spam-a-Lot.

Dancer Information:

Music Hall at Fair Park at 909 1st Ave, Dallas, Texas 75210

Wear: Black pants, white under shirt, white socks, black and white high-top Converse All-Stars shoes.

Suggested Schedule

2:45PM - Depart Tyler.
4:45PM - Arrive at Fair Park Music Hall. Report in with Mike and Kathy.
5:00PM - Eat sack lunches. Keep costumes clean. Relax. Act professional. Save your energy.
6:00PM - FLY KiDS have stage for 10 minutes to get spacing (5th group).
6:35PM - FLY KiDS and other groups "meet and greet" audience members.
7:00PM - Tap-a-Lot begins.
7:25PM (approximately) - FLY KiDS perform "Cool Pops" (5th group to perform).
7:45PM - Tap-a-Lot ends
8:00PM - Leave Fair Park.
